28 Day Mental Cleanse Challenge


It's the first day of a brand new month and if you haven't got any of your new years resolutions done or haven't achieved any of your 2018 goals yet you might be in need of a positive change, a little pick me up. This is a great challenge for you to cleanse your mind and get you into a clear mind set. 


The first days challenge I have set for you is "Set your self goals" this is important and there is a reason I made it your first challenge. Some of the other challenges are designed to help you or motive you to achieve your goals so you need to get clear about what you really want. Sit down and write a list of your goals you can write them on your computer, put them in your phone or write them down in a notebook.

I learnt this in the book "The Magic - By Rhonda Byrne"An easy way to do a list of what you want is to divide it into categories of:

Health and body 
Career and work 
Money 
Relationships 
Personal desires 
Material things 

And then you just add the things you want to each category.

When you get clear about the things you want, you are giving a definite direction to the way you want your life to go they give you motivation and give you something positive to focus on.
